The truck was left empty and we had to fuel it. Feels as though I lost money in doing so, as I put in much more fuel than needed. Also had to wait 20 minutes for the keys, even though we were already dispatched.

bill lUhaul should NOT pair mobile pick up customers with vehicles that are not supported by mobile pick up. Uhaul should NOT pair customers with pick up depot locations what open AFTER their reservation time. I booked for 7am; and didnt get a truck until 8:30, delaying all parts of my move. This was an awful experience that was easily avoidable with logical planning on UHaul’s behalf. Would NOT recommend.

Inyene EThere was one person at the counter who had to look after other customers at the gas bar. The box of the truck had items left by the previous renter and not swept. The passenger window had been left open and it rained, leaving the passenger seat and door wet. The cab was parked into trees and shrubs making it difficult to open the driver's door. There was a car parked at the back of the truck preventing me from leaving. The attendant had to phone the owner to come and remove the car.

Laura PStore did not communicate that they were not open at 7am anymore. Hours listed were 7am according to uhaul customer service but store did not open till 8am Store also did not offer mobile pick up.

DarcyJames LAttendant was not able to get through his booking system, had to phone his uncle for help who eventually went through it with me on the phone. In the end it was done. Took just over 1 hour.

Ryan MWhile it would be a challenge - especially outside of large cities - better integration of your main booking / service / payment website - with uHaul agents in smaller communities would be good. Some type of support system or improved support system for agents - that smooths the booking / payment process at the front counters - either merge better with the way they work at the front counter - or - better entice them to use your online system for booking / payments etc at their front counters. The guys at the location are good - and overcome these obstacles - but the above changes would inspire more confidence in the customer service experience
Stephen SI ordered an appliance dolly that was not included, instead I received a cheap furniture dolly which wasn't capable of moving the items I required. I was still charged for the appliance dolly despite it not being provided. The attendant to whom I returned the truck argued about about the amount of gas despite me showing him a picture of the tank amount I had taken in the morning when I picked up the truck. When I disputed the dolly charge I was told I had to contact Uhaul and my card was charged before I consented and agreed to the final bill! Absolutely abysmal service, rude and unprofessional. And charging my card before I had consented and agreed to the full charges was very insulting and frustrating

Bruce PThe service I received at this location was quite appalling. The employee there wanted to take a picture of my credit card to send to someone else to process this transaction. They also took down my other personal info on their personal phone to send to someone else, and even with that they got my information wrong in my booking. Would not recommend this location to anyone else, and will consider options other than U-Haul for future needs based on this experience.

karyn lI booked the equipment for 9am and ended up leaving the premises at 11:20am. The previous guy that used the equipment returned the equipment and left with the key with his stuff still inside. They couldn't verify and communicate to me. They had to rebook the equipment for me and I was billed twice. I'm really pissed and would never use uhaul again.
David ECharged me for an extra day incorrectly. Brought the truck back on Saturday and they put it in that I returned it Sunday. Now I have to wait for a refund. Definitely will not recommend ever.
Melissa HThis is a gas station. There was no 'computer' to complete the rental. We completed the check in online before we went in. But the attendant had to phone someone and then photograph our license and bank card! We asked for a dolly that wasn't included and we had to drive back to get it. We also were charged a $15 safety fee we didn't agree to.
