There was one person at the counter who had to look after other customers at the gas bar. The box of the truck had items left by the previous renter and not swept. The passenger window had been left open and it rained, leaving the passenger seat and door wet. The cab was parked into trees and shrubs making it difficult to open the driver's door. There was a car parked at the back of the truck preventing me from leaving. The attendant had to phone the owner to come and remove the car.

Laura P.Store did not communicate that they were not open at 7am anymore. Hours listed were 7am according to uhaul customer service but store did not open till 8am Store also did not offer mobile pick up.
