The location has the owner living above the store. Pick up was at 8am and he did not come down until 8:45am and then immediately got in his car to drive to Tim Hortons and said he would be back in 15 minutes. The reserved dolly and blankets were not with the tuck and he had none and told us it was U-hauls problem. Never consider using this location.

Customer service was really bad they overcharged my card by accident and I had to leave an emergency contact information which was my wife's name and it says Linda on the guy at the counter said in my language Linda means piece of s*** it is language I took it to offense

P RThe truck was filthy and had no gas. I had to help the dealer work out how to rent me the truck. I wasn’t told to take a phot if the gas level or the mileage. I then had issues returning it because he said it shouldn’t have been empty when I picked it up. Overall disorganized and underwhelming. I can’t believe I had to pay a $35 cleaning fee for a truck the obviously doesn’t get cleaned.
