Glen HOne person was operating the whole store. Without exaggerating, it took longer to rent and return the truck then my entire rental time. I live around the corner from the store. I picked up a couch from Leon's, 10 minutes there ten minutes back. I waited in the store over 1/2 hour to rent it (between customers being served non stop) and almost just as long returning it. This WAS NOT the employees fault, one person cannot run the entire store alone plus have U-Haul Rentals. I have rented approx 15 times or more and NEVER waited this long.
Zavarella SBe sure not to overbook when a customer depends on the place for pickup. It through a wrench into the customer's plans.
Timothy MNeed smaller pickup truck and van at the location to serve better. Staff at location are extremely friendly and very pleasant to deal with!

JAMES CGo back to using paper contract and invoicing takes two minutes to come in sign it and leave spent over 15 minutes picking up and almost a half an hour, dropping off because of digital way of doing things now
Ken CThe truck was clean but we did inform the clerk that the brakes need to be checked as we had to put the brake pedal right to the floor to stop. We don't want anyone losing the brakes when driving. Thank you.
