ANDREW MDiscrepancy with my booking, app said it wasnt assigned and customer service said the truck was never returned. They cancelled my order and made a new one with a smaller truck. When I entered to pick up the keys, the employee said they did have the truck. Had to wait for him to change the order again. Now I see I got charged a cleaning fee when the truck was spotless when I left it.
AUSTIN RThe staff members was very friendly who helped me. But when I went to pick up the truck I was advised they didn't have the blankets or dolley i had paid for... I had a 5hr drive ahead of me and relied on those moving blankets. I had no choice but take additional time to go to Walmart to purchase some cheap blankets to cover furniture. For 3 blankets and a plastic mattress cover for 88 25 instead of the 10 dollars it would have cost me. I did not find out until the morning of pickup which was dissapointing. The only other thing is the gentleman at the counter didn't even show me the truck. But I saw him show the gentleman who was behind me his truck...

KATHLEEN TThe $10.00 compensation for the heavy cigarette smell in the cab was appreciated, The people serving were pleasant and helped with verifying the state of the cab in smell and cabin cleanliness. They also helped in starting the truck when it failed to initially start.
DAVID MInteresting, I have rented many times before, and this is the first time I dropped the trailer off, and they did not inspect it at all. I unhooked the trailer, rolled it back into it's spot and put it on the trailer stand, went inside and the person said "All is good have a great day" and I left.
Glen BAll was great except that the drop off location did not have the information from UHaul that I was coming there and dropping the trailer off .I had to show him my info UHaul sent me where to drop it off .

AKRAMUL HThe pickup location was awesome the people working were very knowledgeable and made the experience all the better. However with that being said I called when I got home because I was given that location and there are two locations within half of a kilometer from my place. So I called customer service to give the pickup location a five star review and spoke with an individual and I believe her name was Aisha and I tried to explain to her that there was a couple of spots closer and wasn't sure why I was sent 4 km further than I had to go which when I returned the vehicle would be 8 km. She told me you chose that location I told her no I was given that location. She hung up on me and I would like you to review the phone call. With employees like that makes it very difficult to recommend U-Haul to anybody. Keep in mind the location staff where I picked it up and returned it today went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. I brought the vehicle back after only less than 15 km. I thank you for your time and hope you enjoy your day.

DYLAN SRented a trailer for ALL DAY @ $19.99, only to be informed when I picked up the trailer I reserved 3 weeks prior that I had to return it by 2pm that day. It was rented out to another customer for 3pm. I was unable to finish moving my daughter into her dorm at college in another town. I will never again rent from the Fort Erie location on Pettit Road. My future rentals will be in Niagara Falls. The staff in Niagara were better to deal with and fully understand the all day rental agreement.

NEIL NI checked in online. Had to re-do entire reservation upon arrival, no record, making us late for our pick up appointment. Staff had to search for an adaptor. Staff was great, the smoothness of the reservation was not.
