I have used this location a few times before and the service is always excellent.
Samuel HAs i said to the agent i spoke to - the van cargo area had what looked like grease or oil. When i inspected it i thought it was water on the cargo flooring but later discovered it was not when some of the grease or oil transferred to my stuff. The van windows were had to clean they were very dirty and the back area also had not been cleaned. In the app it asked if it is clean enough for the next person to use. IT WAS NOT clean for us. However if i selected no uhaul would charge me a cleaning fee!! Why should i pay to clean they van when i did NOT dirty it. If anything we cleaned they windows and took care. Now i have to spend time today washing blankets etc to try and remove the oul or grease or whatever it is. I should be compensated!!

JAMESP WHis late arrival to open up was a concern. Upon getting the vehicle, it was indicated that it had a quarter tank of gas. good for 50 miles! I had to travel over 100 miles and had to stop and get additional gas! So to recap,,,,,he was late. had to stop and get gas and the whole time I had 3 people on site to assist with the loading of the vehicle. The additional cost to me was because of tardiness. I may need to consider alternatives options next time. Regards B.

Robson GThe daily rental was very reasonable. It was cheaper than driving out of town to borrow a friends pickup. Suited my needs perfectly. Just needed a bigger vehicle to pick up lumber for a project. Less than 50 bucks. If the ac worked I would have given 5 stars.

DAVID SI ordered my truck with an appliance dolly. The truck came but not the dolly. When the U-Haul agent called the day before, I asked them several times to make sure the dolly is available for the truck and they told me it's there. I walk in and there is no dolly. The associate looked everywhere inside and out of all the trucks and store, and nothing was available. The associate did try to contact another location and asked if they had one, they said they did, so I went over there and that associate thought it was their own store dolly, not the U-Haul dolly rental. I wasted 2 and a half hours between both locations. There was lack of communication and nothing was double checked to make sure the rentals were available. I am very disappointed.
Jules NOnly dropping off, but since location doubles as a service station, the staff was unable to go outside the store for any assistance. The pickup location provided both helpful directions, and attached and connected/set up the trailer for me.
Chris KI have rented the cargo van 3 times over the past 6 weeks-ish. The same garbage that was in it the first time (when I first got in) was still in it last week. I appreciate the newer van. It’s comfortable to drive - but not impressed the vehicle has not been cleaned in many weeks.

JAMES MI rented this same van approximately 3 weeks ago and there was random garbage (candy wrappers and a couple of other things) that were still in it today. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned or swept out. Some garbage also in the back. I had the van for less than 2 hours and moved 1 couch. Definitely don’t want to get hit with a cleaning bill!!
MARIANNE SI rented a small enclosed trailer from the N Service Road location in Fort Erie. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They even gave us water for the trip. The trailer was in very good condition, and the price was excellent. No hidden costs.

WILLIAM VThe truck was disgusting. Food and drinks spilled all over the seat. They then stole $180 from my account when I never put a card on file. Meaning they stole my Credit card information the day I purchased the truck. This charge was charged 3 days after returning the truck, allegedly for gas - when I filled the truck up upon return. Have gone through my bank for fraud. Do not use this location

ANDREW MDiscrepancy with my booking, app said it wasnt assigned and customer service said the truck was never returned. They cancelled my order and made a new one with a smaller truck. When I entered to pick up the keys, the employee said they did have the truck. Had to wait for him to change the order again. Now I see I got charged a cleaning fee when the truck was spotless when I left it.
AUSTIN RThe staff members was very friendly who helped me. But when I went to pick up the truck I was advised they didn't have the blankets or dolley i had paid for... I had a 5hr drive ahead of me and relied on those moving blankets. I had no choice but take additional time to go to Walmart to purchase some cheap blankets to cover furniture. For 3 blankets and a plastic mattress cover for 88 25 instead of the 10 dollars it would have cost me. I did not find out until the morning of pickup which was dissapointing. The only other thing is the gentleman at the counter didn't even show me the truck. But I saw him show the gentleman who was behind me his truck...

KATHLEEN TThe $10.00 compensation for the heavy cigarette smell in the cab was appreciated, The people serving were pleasant and helped with verifying the state of the cab in smell and cabin cleanliness. They also helped in starting the truck when it failed to initially start.
DAVID MInteresting, I have rented many times before, and this is the first time I dropped the trailer off, and they did not inspect it at all. I unhooked the trailer, rolled it back into it's spot and put it on the trailer stand, went inside and the person said "All is good have a great day" and I left.
Glen BAll was great except that the drop off location did not have the information from UHaul that I was coming there and dropping the trailer off .I had to show him my info UHaul sent me where to drop it off .
