This was a total nightmare!! When I went to pick up the truck, the app would not work. The gentleman inside had no idea what he was doing. After an HOUR, I finally got the truck. I was very late for the move. The truck had less than 1/8 th of a tank of gas. When I dropped off the truck, it took 1.5 HOURS. once again, the app was not working properly. I uploaded the pics and when it came to press "complete" it said "thanks for doing all the steps, please wait a moment". It did not change from this scree.. I tried this process 3 times with the same result. I then tried to deal with the same gentleman inside the store, and once again he had no idea what he was doing. I called the support number and finally got some help after 1.5 hours of waiting at an Esso station. This is unacceptable that people in the stores have no training. I would hope that I get a refund for the truck, as this experience was Brutal! Thanks,

the pickup was confusing as when making the booking i had selected the option to pick up at counter. upon arriving at the pickup location i realized this was not an option and had to go through the process of picking up on my phone which was tedious. if i had known this was not a manned pickup location i would have selected a different one. the vehicle itself was clean and fine aside from the fact that something was clearly wrong with the muffler and the vehicle was so loud that we could not hear each other speak through the entire ride and both had a headache afterwards. i find it difficult to believe that the previous renter of this equipment would not have made this known, and this should have been fixed before anyone else was allowed to use the vehicle. overall i was able to get done what i needed to however the experience was not pleasant in multiple aspects.
