The U-Haul app created significant difficulty for my husband and me to access our U-Haul on time. We ended up gaining access to our U-Haul over an hour late, delaying our moving process. We were told when we connected with the assistance line that we would still get 12 hours with the U-Haul regardless of when we started our time; however, the app didn't reflect this, and so we had to return it just under 11 hours of use despite paying 12 hours for the vehicle. Furthermore, the app is glitchy and uploading pictures was extremely difficult, again delaying our process even more. Lastly, our U-Haul came with 4 blankets, not 6. The only up was the ma'am I talked to on the assistance line. She was great and the only reason why I didn't make this review poor. Overall, I'm not happy with this experience whatsoever, and I'm happy I won't have to rent a U-Haul in my future anytime soon.

The manager at the regent location started to swear at me and yell when it was regent U-Haul issue on why I got transferred to another location had previously booked my truck there. U haul would also not honor the discount promised me. I will now look elsewhere for renting
MICHAEL DInitial rental was on Regent Ave. Wouldn’t deal with THEM again. Didn’t have my “booked” trailer. One employee was irate that I wouldn’t drive across town to get a replacement. I had to settle for paying three times as much for a truck. But the service at the next location (105 Pandora) was EXCEPTIONAL! Friendly. Helpful and kind.

Maggi BThis was a total nightmare!! When I went to pick up the truck, the app would not work. The gentleman inside had no idea what he was doing. After an HOUR, I finally got the truck. I was very late for the move. The truck had less than 1/8 th of a tank of gas. When I dropped off the truck, it took 1.5 HOURS. once again, the app was not working properly. I uploaded the pics and when it came to press "complete" it said "thanks for doing all the steps, please wait a moment". It did not change from this scree.. I tried this process 3 times with the same result. I then tried to deal with the same gentleman inside the store, and once again he had no idea what he was doing. I called the support number and finally got some help after 1.5 hours of waiting at an Esso station. This is unacceptable that people in the stores have no training. I would hope that I get a refund for the truck, as this experience was Brutal! Thanks,
Dave Pthe pickup was confusing as when making the booking i had selected the option to pick up at counter. upon arriving at the pickup location i realized this was not an option and had to go through the process of picking up on my phone which was tedious. if i had known this was not a manned pickup location i would have selected a different one. the vehicle itself was clean and fine aside from the fact that something was clearly wrong with the muffler and the vehicle was so loud that we could not hear each other speak through the entire ride and both had a headache afterwards. i find it difficult to believe that the previous renter of this equipment would not have made this known, and this should have been fixed before anyone else was allowed to use the vehicle. overall i was able to get done what i needed to however the experience was not pleasant in multiple aspects.
