The representative at the gas station doesn’t know anything I spent an hour with him to figure out that the payment was made or not. He did not wven know how to pull up the notes from other locations. He transferred the communication over the phone to someone who pretends he is a manager and this manager told me he doesnpt work on Saturdays so he cannot help me with my refund. Very rude behaviour observed during the communication at this location.
