It was a holiday and the facility was closed and no one there to help. The information I found online for returning the trailer when a facility was closed was not clear, not complete and frankly, confusing. I called the 800# and they were friendly but tried to be helpful but basically told me to just leave the trailer at the facility but there was gate to enter the facility and no other places to park outside the gate area. Overall my experience with U-Haul was positive but the drop off was stressful.

Old tired trailer. Clean, but run down. Doors misaligned and very difficult to close. Hardware to hold the doors open broken/missing. Disappointing

Dropped off the trailer at 1pm, two hours before it was due. Did not receive any paperwork even though I asked and was told that I was all set. Noticed that I was charged $30 for an extra day and that the trailer was not checked in until 3:09 pm, nine minutes after it was due back. I called U-Haul customer service and was refunded, but could see this slipping by a lot of customers.

The women working was very nice and respectful, and the locations appeared to be very clean. Equipment is gated which is slightly inconvenient for after hours returns but also goes to show that this location cars about their security which is a good thing. They had the trailer I needed despite what appeared to be a small fleet, maybe they had more out back I didn't see. I'm by no means loyal to one location so as long as they have what I need I'll come back.

The lady who assisted me returning the trailer was fantastic. I was having trouble returning the trailer thru the app and she made my life easier by doing a lot of the work for me. By time we were done, it was past the normal “close time” for this location but she stuck with me until the task was complete. I really appreciated her efforts.

I request an appliance dolly and was not given one. Moreover, I was charged $10 for the appliance dolly that I never received. I would like a $10 refund.

I have rented for many U-Haul locations over the past 25 years. This one is the best. Exceptional customer service and support, great selection, well maintained fleet of rental trailers and vehicles. I have other options nearby, but will not consider them. Because this place knocks it out of the park.

I love this location. I've rented four trucks from here now and they are always perfect. The staff is the best part - Martina and Brandon are amazing and run a phenomenal business with top class customer service. I prefer to only rent from here. It is by far the best in the area.

We arranged for a cargo van. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was NO KEY IN THE LOCK BOX. We had to call customer service and ask what to do. They assigned us a different vehicle that was available. The gas tank was quite low. NOBODY told us that we had to refill gas into the vehicle. We used the vehicle & moved our belongings and understood that we'd pay our rate and a per mile charge. We were not told that we'd also have to replenish fuel. I feel that having no key available to us for the original vehicle caused us inconvenience and confusion and delay hsving to call & be put on hold waiting for an agent to resolve this problem. This is not a good way to do business. That key should have been there for us so our move could have been seamless. There should be some compensation for this inconvenience. As it stands right now this experience was not good and I would hesitate to use Uhaul again. It really felt like a bait & swutch situation.

I was unable to return my truck at the day/ time I chose due to the code provided being incorrect, so I could not enter the facility and complete my rental. After speaking with Uhaul, we tried contacting the manager with no response since it was after hours, and the solution was to drive the truck back home and then return it the next day when the facility was open to the public. This was an annoyance and not a good solution, all due to the code being incorrect to return my rental. Other than that, the truck was good and clean.

Everything worked like clockwork. I appreciate that the overnight snowfall was cleaned off the truck before I got there. Convenient parking for my vehicle while we were gone for 4 hours. Process was easy and convenient to follow. Nice upgrade with that since the last time I rented a U-Haul.

It is a storage facility, so I could not enter. I was sent a phone number to call for off hours drop off, where I was told someone would call me back. I waited 6 hours and no one called so I headed up there as I needed to get on the road. When I arrived I found that the gate was of course locked and you could only pull straight in. I found a customer parking space so I had to un hook the trailer and put it into the space by picking up the tongue and dragging it in. (I am a 67yr old female, 130 lbs.) Due to the limited space turning my truck around to get back out was not easy either. I would have gone to another location to drop off, but didn't want to pay the fee for that. I never did receive a call from them, so I'm glad that I didn't continue to wait for one.

Just wonderful and so helpful I was so pleased after all of a sudden done yes, I will recommend them to everyone. The lady that helped me was just beyond nice, how far courteous near the business (screenshot in the van she came and helped me). Exceptional customer service.

Martina was excellent. I was transferred to her location as a truck was not available at the location where reservation was made. New location was not supposed to be open ( app pick up only) but Martina came in to assist me with the truck rental. She went above the call of duty.

I specifically declined the insurance coverage when I reserved the truck. When I received the transaction receipt the insurance charge was included in the total charges. I also recorded the mileage on paper when I parked the truck on the lot and the total mileage was 33 miles but again the mileage recorded on the transaction receipt was 40 miles. The total over charge including taxes is $21.77. I will not be renting a truck from this location again.

The link to start/end the process, should be more visible in the web page, BIG signal should be enough, currently is tiny and hard to quickly identify. For the drop keys box, should be something more colorful or lighted, in the night is hard to find the place to drop them.

To improve for the next customer YOU COULD STOP CHARGING $150.00 FOR A 3 CENTIMETERS DING ON THE REAR DOOR. I HAVE AFFILIATES AND FRIENDS IN THE AUTO BODY INDUSTRY IT'S BARELY IT'S BARELY FREAKING NOTICEABLE AND IT'S ONE OF THEM THINGS THAT'S BOUND TO FREAKING HAPPEN IT'S OUTRAGEOUS THAT YOU WOULD CHARGE ME THAT MUCH AFTER I PAID WELL OVER $1,500 IN MILES AND DAILY RATES IT'S LUDICROUS TO BE HONEST WITH YOU OTHER THAN THAT THANK YOU FOR RENTING ME THE VAN

Had a 5' x 16' storage unit available when I called. Sign up was quick, explained all the information, and able to come and go to my storage unit 24/7. I lost my keys, and they were able to get a locksmith the next business day, for a reasonable cost. This is the second time using this facility in the last 30 years. Would highly recommend.

In my 75 years I have rented a few storage units. Estate Storage was the by far the best, I had 4 units at one time, sorry I did not leave a review for each of my move outs, but I would have said the same. It was always clean, no debris laying around and in the winter the snow was always removed in a timely manner. All areas were well lite, and I felt very secure...in fact I conducted many sells on Craig's list because of this security. My costumers felt very good with this and at times rented a very convenient U-Haul to haul away their new purchase. The office was always open 8 to 5 except for Sunday. I had 24 - 7 access which was used at times. The staff was very well trained and always solved any of my problems. Very friendly with a smile and wave when I entered the gate. We needed a small storage unit for our son’s college furniture when he was between apartments. Estate Storage was convenient, affordable and easy to access when needed. Martina was very helpful when we needed a trailer to move the contents, and she helped us when we reserved the storage unit and moved out. It was a great experience all around. Nice people. FYI-Renter supplies light bulb for unit. Our unit had a 9 ft ceiling and didn’t have a light bulb. We always forgot to bring one. Rather challenging when we were in unit after dark.
