The air condition worked in the vehicle was clean however after we loaded the vehicle and got on the road for 30 minutes from Michigan to South Carolina, the air-conditioning went out. I was asked by U-Haul to take a bigger U-Haul vehicle because they wanted to move it down to South Carolina, however due to the bigger vehicle and the heat, the vehicle kept overheating. It would not run the air condition so in 100+ degree heat I had no AC for the three day trip to South Carolina. To which their response was, you should have pulled over and called roadside services however, pulling over would mean me once again just sitting in heat with no wind blowing at least they have done Little to help me since I am completely disgusted in U-Haul’s help in this issue.
