The directions were not clear on how to get the truck. It took me and another person there getting their truck almost an hr to figure it out. Once I got the truck I was on E. Probably had 5 miles left

Amazing customer service. Between the awful week I was having and not being able to move due to the tornado, they were nothing but nice. Would recommend, over and over.

Micheal SAt the moment this location is surrounded by road construction so it is very inconvenient getting here plus the added miles this puts on the rental as north bound road is shut. More importantly the truck I rented should not be in service. The transmission slipped, the vehicle screeched very loudly everytime it was turned or the brakes were applied. I would ask someone at U-Haul to go drive that specific truck and send me feedback. That would be the best and most sincere customer service from U-Haul.
