Did not have the furniture dolly I ordered

The engine light was on in truck the whole drive. I paid for a dolly and wasn’t given one. I was told to contact a man named Cody. The back of truck was not clean I had an estimated amount of $262 from rep Angel but when I received my bill it was way over $300. I was not informed of any extra fees or charges
