I was not notified beforehand that 2 forms of ID are required, and this caused some panic at pickup. Uhaul needs to notify customers who are from out of town that they will need to provide an additional form of ID or contact ahead of time, to avoid last minute problems.

I was asked by UHaul to move my reservation to this location. When I picked up the vehicle, there was no clear place for me to park my car. When I came in, I was not greeted and had to initiate asking for help. The whole time I was checking in, the employee was in a call and not giving me full attention to help me navigate the process. Ultimately, I parked me car and did my business. Then received a call asking me to come back and move my car since it was in the wrong spot. I could not and did not. Ultimately, the parking situation was vary unclear and the employees seemed stretched too thin to be able to cover the car rentals in addition to repair shop responsibilities.
Elizabeth MThe doors weren't open and no one was inside when I arrived at my rental pick-up time. I had to go to a nearby U-Haul rental location to figure out what was going on. When I returned the vehicle at about 1:00 p.m. the office was again closed. The customer service was fine when I was able to get in and speak with someone, but I think the office should be open and available during normal business hours.
Michael NI called when we arrived in Ann Arbor and asked if I could bring the uhaul back. The guy said sure, he was there. He didn't tell me I would be charged $20 for after hour drop off. I could have easily dropped it off the next day.
STACY LDealer was leaving when I arrived. Did not know I was picking up. Then left property before I confirmed all information on the vehicle check in. Very stressful experience
Victoria CHard to take a left turn out of this location, but the fellow there was extremely pleasant and helpful. And, if you only need the truck, it was fine. If you need anything else for moving, you would have to go across the steeet.
