Reserved truck days in advance- truck did not have a full tank of gas and also had NONE of the moving items I already purchased and paid for. I’ve tried contacting this location and support to no avail. Just tonight alone they have charged my card- $70 x2, $103, $50, and $25. They have yet to refund me for the missing items I paid for but did not receive, instead they are charging my card various amounts- no receipt provided. No communication, no email, nothing.
