When having issue with picking up the rental, the number listed as a contact person answered, hung up, and then refused to take my calls. The truck itself does not run well, overall it was an incredibly difficult experience.

This was not “easy and convenient pickup.” Uhaul app wasn’t reading my pick up. Had to be on the phone for 1 hour before being able to get my keys, whoever runs this as their partnership w uhaul was not helpful. On my original order etc I said NO to individual pick up and that I wanted desk / in person service and last minute got switched to this. Very inconvenient and stressful for moving day.
natasha wI paid for a dolly and the truck did not have one. There was also no actual store so I was unable to talk to any employees about it.
