This was not “easy and convenient pickup.” Uhaul app wasn’t reading my pick up. Had to be on the phone for 1 hour before being able to get my keys, whoever runs this as their partnership w uhaul was not helpful. On my original order etc I said NO to individual pick up and that I wanted desk / in person service and last minute got switched to this. Very inconvenient and stressful for moving day.

I paid for a dolly and the truck did not have one. There was also no actual store so I was unable to talk to any employees about it.
