Untrained, unaware of trailer even being there. When I called the day before to verify trailer, he hung up on me after telling me he didn’t know what was talking about?!?! Reservation was mysteriously canceled at 4:25 pm on day of rental. U-Haul app still shows a closed location as a drop off spot for Spirit Lake, Iowa. This place is CLOSED.
