It took us an hour and a half to actually rent the auto hauler. The guy tried so hard to complete the transaction but it wouldn't. He even worked with a UHaul guy. Still no luck. Finally I called haul and they figured out that the auto hauler was listed as one way and we wanted to bring it back to this location. After an hour and a half we finally got finished.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the owner of the store to come give me the keys because the on duty Staff stated she didn’t want to learn that aspect of the job.

WILLIAM CIt took 50 minutes for the man at the counter to figure out how to confirm my registration, collect necessary information using technology, and take payment. Then he printed paperwork out, had me sign it, and then told me to keep it. He pointed out at the top the trailer number and instructed me to pull around, find that piece of equipment, and hook it up by myself. I called my husband and he called the facility. The man told him he would go out there once he took care of the other customers in the store. Once in the parking lot, he told me he had never done it either. He found another customer to come and hook up the Uhaul trailer for me.
