It took 50 minutes for the man at the counter to figure out how to confirm my registration, collect necessary information using technology, and take payment. Then he printed paperwork out, had me sign it, and then told me to keep it. He pointed out at the top the trailer number and instructed me to pull around, find that piece of equipment, and hook it up by myself. I called my husband and he called the facility. The man told him he would go out there once he took care of the other customers in the store. Once in the parking lot, he told me he had never done it either. He found another customer to come and hook up the Uhaul trailer for me.
