I dropped off the truck a day early and walked inside the location to drop off the keys to the cashier. I was told I didn't need to complete anymore information because they would take care off it. A week later and the truck was never entered as a returned. My family went through the hassle of going to this location for me since I'm out of town and demand that the owners locate the truck and keys because we turned in the truck on time. It was a horrible process and I will never rent from uhaul again. Please do a better job of screening the drop off locations that you partner with.KACHELLE P.

I had arranged to use the app to pick up the truck. The wifi signal in the area was so slow that the app kept crashing, and i was unable to use it. Fortunately, the attendant was able to get me set up and going. He was great! Your app, not so much. If you expect people to be able to upload pictures of themselves and their driver's license to get their rental, maybe you need to supply a wifi source so that they are actually able to use it. Let me reiterate - the attendant was super helpful (despite having many other customers to deal with) and fixed what could have been a disaster. He's the reason i'm giving the location a positive rating. You need to fix your app!!Zoe B.

I returned truck the day of rental. Handed key to person inside location and was told all is good. Two weeks later you billed my card for additional day rental. Have called and discussed with your customer service which had me on hold for 50 minutes Hopefully will be taken care of.Malachy L.

The pick-up porition of this rental was fine, however, the return was horrible. I received an attitude when I asked a question regarding where the gas tank is located as they are no longer outside of the vehicle. Secondly, I asked for a receipt, but was informed that I would receive an email containing a receipt. I received an email stating the vehicle had not been returned and had to call UHaul customer service to inform them that I did, in fact, return the vehcle and did not know why the system did not reflect this. I would not return to this location.DESHYONE G.

Reserving the uhaul was fine until i checked my account a saw an overcharge. Call customer service and found out they didnt close out the account until 2 days later and it made it look like i had the uhaul 2 extra days. That's what caused the overcharge.Reginald T.

Van was dirty and smelled like marajuana. When I returned the van they gave me a $15 fuel charge even though I put gas back in when I returned it. This was just a very shady and low rate operation.Michael T.

The person working there needs to be able to do their job without having the customer calling the 1800 number for UHAUL to try and solve the problem. A side mirror was cracked before we took it off the lot and the truck was full of leaves.. My husband wasted 2 hours at this location trying to get the truck that we had ordered. Had to wait for the manager to come to the location to get things done.kevin O.
Will be filing a fraudulent claim to credit card. This location just lets anyone come and use a reservation. I got a bill for $245 charged extra day, double count miles and I never even came to pick up a truck.Ameerah S.

They were extremely unprofessional and rude. The tank was onlyba quarter full when we picked it up. We returned it quarter full but they charged us for fuel. Our pick up time was 1030 am they did have it available until 1145 amEUGENE K.

The guy at the counter seemed puzzled when I told him I was dropping off the trailer. I showed him my contract, he took a couple of pictures of it, then handed it back to me. He also never offered to help me unhook the trailer and manually back it into an open spot. Uhaul customers are obviously not a priority at this location.Steven C.

The truck was dirty and I needed to clean the front Chrome and headlamp shield. The floor had dried mud and I used glass cleaner that was non ammoniaded so it would not mess up the air conditioning vents. No what I mean ?Anthony P.

BP Gas Station is lazy, jokes about what I am saying and shows no respect when it comes to checking the fuel and the mileage. No email was sent when vehicle picked up. 2 day charges was made for 1 hour late on January and February 1st and I want these charges return. This is an atruasitty and should not be. I be with Uhaul two years and I should be treated with the same respect as on 47th and kedzie Brighton Park facility. Alfonso is outstanding when it comes to customer service. The representative needs Uhaul forum to verify the operations of checking out vehicles. The BP refueling employee should check previous fuel level so that there is not any discripence with the amount of fuel left inside the fuel tank. See Anthony Phelps email@example.comAnthony P.
I am great when it comes to customer service excellence. The smaller trucks are great, but if there were five heavy duty vehicles then I thought this would be better for greater appearance. Please put three more 12 ton trucks at BP Gas Station in Evergreen Park. The $19.95 trucks will sale rentals more.
