Those two are in a league of their own! 🙌 Seriously, these two are shining examples of what exceptional customer service looks like. They are helpful, patient, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re taken care of. They don’t just do their jobs — they go the extra mile, then somehow find another mile just in case. 😂 This U-Haul will officially be the ONLY U-Haul I go to from here on out. And if Grayson and Karina are there? Even better. FIVE THUMBS UP! 👍👍👍👍👍 They are basically the PetSmart of U-Haul — they’ll do anything for you… within reason, of course. 😂 If there’s a way to help, they’re already figuring it out. It’s that “Yep, we’ve got you” kind of service that makes you remember the people, not just the place. And that’s why Grayson and Karina deserve a HUGE shout-out. Everyone there is fantastic, but these two are shining examples of what great customer service should be. Kindness, patience, helpfulness, and just enough humor to keep things moving when life is doing its best to make things complicated. So, U-Haul… keep these two around. Maybe give them a cape. Maybe a parade. I’m not saying we need a statue or anything… but I’m also not saying we DON’T. 😂 Seriously, though — Grayson and Karina are amazing.
