I am a disabled veteran. I rented a truck to get out of a toxic situation. The truck rental was until Sunday at 10:30 am. Today, while I was trying to round up someone to come help me unload and then take the truck to turn it in, this location left a voicemail asking when I was going to bring the truck in. My agreement was for Sunday at 10:30, again. The woman was very pushy, wouldn't let me speak and talked over me, didn't care that I was struggling, and I finally just lost my temper with her and hung up the phone. Then I got a TEXT MESSAGE from the same location. I have never been so angry in my life - this location obviously didn't want me keeping the truck until my scheduled drop-off. A friend was fortunately able to take me down there after helping me to unload, and this woman literally met me outside the door and then got snappy with me after I told her I was turning in the truck that I had been harassed about ("oh, I'm sure it was harassment"). When I told her I was a disabled veteran, she said and I quote: "we all have our stories don't we." I walked off. I will be reaching out to corporate on Monday regarding this unpleasant woman.

I was unsatisfied that there wasn’t any employee present to help with getting the truck but the young lady that assisted me by phone was awesome! She explained what to do in easy understandable terms and treated me with the utmost respect even when I called after hours to return the truck!

JAZMYNE MTrailer had no break fluid was bone dry and the ball was rusting no telling how long its been empty got a few miles down the road and it started giving us problems had to take it to the nearest U-Haul and turn it in and call a Tow truck wich was $700 Horrible Experience in all.

Robert BThe trailer was in poor condition. It did not have axle chains. The ratchets in front of the trailer were worn out. To haul my tuck I had to use my chains to lock it down. And apply oil to the ratchets.
NOBLE P10/1/25 Yesterday I picked up my truck, utilized, and returned. all went smoothly. This morning upon checking my bank account it noticed I was overcharged for the UHAUL and moving company set up through UHAUL as well. Whomever is answering the phone for UHAUL on 10/2/25 at 0800 is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I called to politely dispute an overcharge I received and was told to call 1800 number. After that, she called back and somehow a partial payment returned. However, on this phone call her tone was aggressive and she repeated the same phrases over again. Wouldn’t use location ever again.

Patrick HThere was no-one on site even tho they were open. Just a note on the door saying to call a number because the lobby is closed. The man I originally spoke with who works for Uhaul and who booked the reservation for us was super helpful. I told him we would pay with cash when we got to the location to pick the dolly up. Got there and noone was there. Woman who answered the phone said they dont take cash and no Uhaul places do. Then when I got a caahapp card to pay she said we dont accept those either. She was not forthcoming with the info prior to me asking well what kind of cards do yall actually take. I was informed that they take all major cards. We drove 4 hours to get to that dolly to haul a vehicle back another 4 hours. It was just alot of hassle. The lady on the phone could have been forthcoming with info so it didnt take so long to get it taken care of. If a customer says they are going tonoay a certain way and NO Uhaul places accept that form of payment, the customer should be told that immediately.
Molly RIt said 24 hour access but the font doors were locked and said you had to call them but no one would even answer the phone so I even tried texting cause they gave a number to do that never got a response from them either. Was a very terrible experience and not able to tell them in person the issues I had with the uhaul and how dangerous it is and that it needed to be fixed before giving it to someone else and also answer ur phone if ur 24 hour accessable someone should at least answer the phone when customs have problems or issues they want to address to you in-person
