I’m being charged an additional $90+ FALSELY for additional miles i did not the drive. I stayed within the city of Monroe. From my old home to my storage room. Thats not 111 miles! The truck was returned on May 1st and I got an email on May 7th saying that I owe charges from May 6th. I literally rented it April 30th and brought it back May 1st! Make it make sense?!?!?! This location also has lazy employees and no dollies.
ARNE OAll ai can say is the lady that was working and running that location, was a breath of fresh air and very professional. I will definitely be renting from them again.

RANDALL SThe lady was on her phone the whole time. The truck was dirty, unable to adjust the seat. It had no rearview mirror. Overall seemed like an unsafe truck. Would not recommend renting from this location again.

PHILLIP SIt was dirty in the office, the truck was dirty, the was no walk through with the agent ‘assisting’ me, they hooked up the trailer for me but it immediately fell off when I pulled out, they didn’t help me reconnect it, they were not knowledgeable of the equipment, they didn’t have the tools I asked for for moving and did not give me the $50 promise nor did she help me find somewhere else I could pick them up…I had to make a separate phone call to get that. Supposedly I was supposed to receive a follow up phone call from U-Haul about this experience but never did! I’ve used U-Haul before and this is not the standard I expect.

JOCELYN RI picked up a vehicle on a Saturday, and was only supposed to have it for one day. My situation changed and 1 day turned into 2, 3, and ended on day 8. Keisha stayed in communication with me and extended my rental each day. She was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will absolutely recommend all future needs for family and friends needing a U-Haul to this location. 10/10 would most definitely recommend.
FRANK CThe gas tank was on empty, but it was requested of me to return it with 1/4 tank. I had to call customer service to get help locating my truck, as it was at the back of the building in a location that did not look accessible to the public.

GREGORY WAwesome, Keep up the great work ! The two women that helped me were very professional and informative. I let my reservation expire and they still helped me. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. They even called me after to let me know that i only used 61 miles of the 90 i pro-rated. 1000/10..i do recommend!!! ☺️

GLENN MWe had trouble finding a drop off location. Rayville, LA phone stated Winnsboro, LA Storage.Left message, no one called back. Went to Winnsboro lo uhaul location. Tuesday 2pm, supposed to be open til 5 pm. Sign on door said back at 9 am next morning. Phone number was recording of same voice as Rayville number and no one called back EVER. Not a way to do business. Then called Pecanland Mall location in Monroe, LA which was 30 miles from where we were to be told could not check it in til 9 am on Tuesday. Then called U-Haul and was given different location in Monroe.where the trailer was subsequently dropped off We had just driven 12 hours the day before to have the aggravation of no local drop off, which meant using more gas to drive 60 miles to Monroe and back home Poster inside trailer said $15 off for clean trailer. We swept out the trailer before returning, no one checked it and did not receive discount All in all trailer was fine, but customer service at your locations is not. Especially when told we could return to any location. This was undue stress on my 72 year old husband fighting cancer.

Kathy NIt was frustrating that the information I entered online for my reservation I had to repeat once I arrived at the location to pick up the rental. They said that the website doesn’t transmit all of the information to the rental location, which is fine but then why is there an option to enter that information on the website. It was just a waste of time.

James WMy reservation was at on store. It moved to another store without my knowledge. While I was sent to the second location. They did not have my truck because it was “broke” and told me to go to another location. My reservation was for 8 am but it took me an hour and half to go to three different locations to get the truck I was supposed to get.

The unit that was booked over the phone by someone else was not available for me, but the attendant went above and beyond normal assistance to help me. She cleaned out a bigger room so that I was able to get everything off of the truck and return it in time to avoid further fees. I truly appreciated her dedication !!
