The key return box in Monroe, LA was broken so I had to leave the truck and leave work the following day to return the keys the following day. Customer service was not friendly at all.

The truck I rented was not in good working order. The engine would not shift into the next gear when driving it. It made travel difficult in it and it would not go above 40 mph. I did report this to the employee there who checked the truck back in.

Everything went smoothly, I used the mobile check-in and return, which was a quick and easy process . They had easy to follow instructions during pickup and approval process and less than 15 minute return. The attendant did not properly tighten the trailer and when we tried to load the vehicle it popped off the truck leaving a dent in the tailgate of the truck

The directions to follow in returning a UHall truck when the location is closed needs revision. This should be a simple process and it is not. I am 69 years old and not IPhone literate therefore, thank God My daughter could help with this ridiculous process. Part of the reason for the additional fuel charge was because some was due to my daughter sitting in the truck for over 30 minutes trying to get the return processed. You also are asking me to rate the overall location when this business is closed. Unless I rate it, my review will not process so I am giving it an excellent although I have no idea of how it should be rated. This question should have included a N/A as an answer. I will have to rent again and if I rent a UHall truck again, I will make sure the place to return is OPEN.
