Because I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with and was charged for not doing it. Then I asked if I would be allowed the extra mileage because how it was from my original location I tried booking at was told when renting the truck it would then wasn’t. Very unsatisfied.

William DWe reserved a IUhaul on August 1. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any. We drove from out of town to get the truck and were told it was nothing they could do. I called customer service and still nothing wa stone. My husband said there something in the app that said if the equipment was not available, $50 would be given. This is my first having a problem with UHaul. The place where we rented the truck was nonchalant.
