There was a mix up in info for my storage. The unit that was booked over the phone by someone else was not available for me, but the attendant went above and beyond normal assistance to help me. She cleaned out a bigger room so that I was able to get everything off of the truck and return it in time to avoid further fees. I truly appreciated her dedication !!
