There was no equipment (dolly) when I picked up the truck. I had to tell the person (who was already aware). She also said she’d submit something to take the charge off my bill. That didn’t happen either. I had to go through the chat process to get the credit. This was also the second location I went to to pick up the truck. The first was on 8/28/26 in West Monroe. I got there and was told they were out of equipment. So I drove 30 miles from Ruston, LA tot Monroe, LA for no reason. Then to show up in Monroe to no dolly was about par. Everyone I spoke to was kind, but the system was ridiculous. I will not use this service again.

No improvements needed
Matthew RBecause I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with and was charged for not doing it. Then I asked if I would be allowed the extra mileage because how it was from my original location I tried booking at was told when renting the truck it would then wasn’t. Very unsatisfied.
