GLENN MWe had trouble finding a drop off location. Rayville, LA phone stated Winnsboro, LA Storage.Left message, no one called back. Went to Winnsboro lo uhaul location. Tuesday 2pm, supposed to be open til 5 pm. Sign on door said back at 9 am next morning. Phone number was recording of same voice as Rayville number and no one called back EVER. Not a way to do business. Then called Pecanland Mall location in Monroe, LA which was 30 miles from where we were to be told could not check it in til 9 am on Tuesday. Then called U-Haul and was given different location in Monroe.where the trailer was subsequently dropped off We had just driven 12 hours the day before to have the aggravation of no local drop off, which meant using more gas to drive 60 miles to Monroe and back home Poster inside trailer said $15 off for clean trailer. We swept out the trailer before returning, no one checked it and did not receive discount All in all trailer was fine, but customer service at your locations is not. Especially when told we could return to any location. This was undue stress on my 72 year old husband fighting cancer.

Kathy NIt was frustrating that the information I entered online for my reservation I had to repeat once I arrived at the location to pick up the rental. They said that the website doesn’t transmit all of the information to the rental location, which is fine but then why is there an option to enter that information on the website. It was just a waste of time.

James WMy reservation was at on store. It moved to another store without my knowledge. While I was sent to the second location. They did not have my truck because it was “broke” and told me to go to another location. My reservation was for 8 am but it took me an hour and half to go to three different locations to get the truck I was supposed to get.

Marty JMy original location was closed on Sunday. There was no mention of this when they sent me the location details. I had to drive there to find this out. Took me calling and speaking to 4 different people over 30 min to get a new drop off location. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5.

leroy hI reserved a month prior to needing a uhaul. We traveled 4 hrs to Baton Rouge wheee we made our picked up reservation. We were notified only 14 hrs before scheduled pick up they could not accommodate our reservation. People take off from work, travel & schedule to be moved in & out on specific dates. I called & spoke to customer service who found a truck 1 1/2hrs away in Opelousas. We had to have a truck so we drove extra 3 hrs to get a truck. Customer service said we would not be charged extra & we were. You don’t take reservations if you don’t have equipment to rent. I will never use U-Haul again & will tell everyone I know not to use them either. Very disappointed eating my time & money.

sheri BI rented the 26’ van. The truck was brand new and was the roughest riding truck i have ever been in. No airbags, this truck beat us to death. I would never haul anything in this truck that was glassware or anything fragile because it would not survive in this truck. I moved a 1000 lb hot tub and you could still feel every bump in the road. Violently. Will not be renting one of these again.

robby MHave more than one person working. Have the workers clean and maintain the equipment right when it gets back to the location, so when the next customer arrives to do pickup they aren’t waiting an hour plus to get their equipment . Make sure that the only person working isn’t on drugs.

Emma WI spend a lot of money with ya, should be no reason I have to turn in my rental an hour and half early bc someone else has a reservation. My reservation was for 24 hours not 22 and a half. The trucks have not been cleaned and they charge u a cleaning fee. I refuel my truck every time where it was when I got the truck,but ya steady charge me a fuel charge. Last thing I turn my truck in and the app wasn't working and ya charged me for another day plus 35 miles. My truck been turned in since 645pm. Will not be coming back ya lost my business. I have all the pics to prove everything if ya want to call or send an email so I can send them to ya

The unit that was booked over the phone by someone else was not available for me, but the attendant went above and beyond normal assistance to help me. She cleaned out a bigger room so that I was able to get everything off of the truck and return it in time to avoid further fees. I truly appreciated her dedication !!
