Would only recommend if it's in close proximity to where they live. The truck had several bird shit On the windshield and both drivers and passenger side windows. With current Covid situation I would have thought there would be a standard to at least sanitize the interior.

The only thing was the digital return process was glitchy and difficult. I felt very frustrated with it. I see the need for the process now that I've been through it, but if I were uhaul, I would warn customers that when you drop off the vehicle, gone are the days of park and drop keys and go. Now you have to spend a good 10 minutes doing online things on your phone before you can depart.

The location was confusing, due to the lack of signage and not having a clear entrance. After arriving, the manager was unable to charge the credit card due to having the wrong "code" of some sort. We spent an hour waiting for him to phone several people to finally get the "code". While he was very apologetic, this seems like the kind of problem you should be aware of before your customers with pick up times arrive for their scheduled time. Had he told us from the moment we arrived there was a problem with the "system", it would have made the process less idiotic. As it was, we arrived and everything seemed like it was going to go smoothly and then bam, problem, with no end in sight. At one point we were walking out the store because he expected the "problem" to not be fixed for hours, only to receive a call and have us wait. It turned out it would take another 2 calls before the solution was found. When you're dealing with people who have appointments and schedules these problems should be known before, and solutions available for unexpected issues.

The guy that helped us is amazing. I know to call the location specifically to reserve the moving truck that I want and he was able to juggle things around to get me what I needed last minute. Even though it was the 31st on a weekend, he was able to get me the van I needed for a small move and it was ready for us at 9:30 when we arrived. The store has done great efforts to protect their staff and customers during this pandemic as well.

I was charged 80 kilometers, but I drove 65-70 km on this car. From the place where I rented a car to the unloading point 15 km. I made two circles and refueled the car. The entire route is 65 km.

I rented a cargo van which was fully functional, but the nature of the business is such that a lot of people are using it and the chairs which are made of fabric become stinky after a while. Would be nice if seat covers were used and replaced regularly.
