I was charged two rental periods at 29.95 each desire only having the vehicle for a little over 10 hours. Not sure why this was done when it’s supposed to be a 24 hour rental. Secondly, I was charged insurance that was not disclosed or given the opportunity to decline. Lastly, I was charged for fuel, despite putting the gas back to where it was at using the exact pumps they own at this location. I would like someone from U-Haul to call me to explain why was charged the way I was thank you and looking forward to a phone call.

The truck ran as it should. However when I opened the rear door , roaches were running across the floor and it smelled absolutely disgusting! I used a can of multi insect spray behind all wood slats and upper cab crevices and floor. My clothes smelled of this disgusting odor when I brought them in my home!Very dissatisfied with this situation and who wants to bring bugs to their home! U tell me . You should certainly offer me a credit due to this result. No excuses for this at all.

You gave me the truck on empty. You charged me for 24 moving blankets and two 4 wheeler Dollie’s that were not in the truck and no one told me there would be a surcharge for filling 9 gallons of gas, as the truck was returned to a stinking gas station. You also sent me to the wrong location for pick up and I wasted 1 hour getting ahold of you only to be told my location changed and you forgot to notify me. This was an additional 4 miles of travel each way.

The movers we hired through Uhaul to unload the truck never showed up. We asked that they show up at 1 pm. They texted that they would be there at 3:30, but the text was sent at 5:49. We had unloaded the truck ourselves by 1:15.

This location lied about my fuel level, I actually added the fuel right there at their gas pump. For $24 dollars it’s not a big deal, but after 3 rentals in the last 4 months I’d expect to be treated a bit better?

I have to wait more than 2 hours in the lot and when I finally got the key truck was behind other trucks I couldn’t get it out of the lot, and after trying to call someone for more than half an hour finally I was able to change the reservation to another location. The truck itself was clean and well maintained.
