The movers we hired through Uhaul to unload the truck never showed up. We asked that they show up at 1 pm. They texted that they would be there at 3:30, but the text was sent at 5:49. We had unloaded the truck ourselves by 1:15.

This location lied about my fuel level, I actually added the fuel right there at their gas pump. For $24 dollars it’s not a big deal, but after 3 rentals in the last 4 months I’d expect to be treated a bit better?
Aaron TI have to wait more than 2 hours in the lot and when I finally got the key truck was behind other trucks I couldn’t get it out of the lot, and after trying to call someone for more than half an hour finally I was able to change the reservation to another location. The truck itself was clean and well maintained.
Antonio CAgain, dropping it off at a gas station and I had to do all the inspection work left me with a very poor experience
