Anthony WalkerI reserved a 10ft truck at a location that was 3 miles from my destination in advance to my pick up date. I understood this meant that my truck would be guaranteed. On arrival to pick up the location stated on my app and planned upon I was informed the location had changed. It changed to a location that was 9 miles from my destination. This required me to pay for 27 miles instead of 10 miles and 20 instead of 10 in gas. I in fact overfilled the tank from when I got it. The relocation put me behind a full hour in my move and cost an extra $25, not including my personal gas. Extremely inconvenient when a vehicle is reserved you expect to have that vehicle available. I will not be utilizing the services of u-haul again. The lack of communication and dependability recieved from this company is horrible. I will expect some form of refund for the inconvenience in order to feel this company truly cares for its customers time and guaranteed reservations. Thank you.
Catlaina WestThe truck was clean, however the back tires were very bare and dry rotted. We had snow/slush on our moving day and the tires caused some problems. Otherwise, the service and location were fine.

maxine knoxI appreciated that there was a vehicle available, as I reserved within 2 hours. The reservation process online was easy but declining all of the U-haul add-ons was tedious. The service was great at this location and it was a quality vehicle.

I went to that location and it was closed and no pickup. I had to call U Haul CS at which time the pickup location originally specified was waiting on my arrival. After that mishap. All went well.

EDWARD AGNEWI ask for a 15" at first, i then edited for a 20 they sent me far away from the one that was close to me only to get there an still have to get a 15", which cause me to have truck 2 days an make 3 trips since someone didn't do there job. Causing me to spend 450$ for a 1 day move if i could have gotten the 20" i requested.

Chris VegaAlthough going on-line to reserve a truck should be easy, it was not. If trucks are reserved it should state this on the site BEFORE we go through the steps and go to the location to find out there is no truck available. Then it states if you want to edit the order go to a certain page but it doesn't give any additional options. So, you end up having to call anyways. I called 3 different numbers that were on the Uhaul site for Union Grove, WI and none of them had a person to talk to. It was quite frustrating.
Jessica HegelI can’t speak for this location itself as it was a last minute change because both areas where my truck was assigned to originally apparently didn’t have a truck for me and after some back and forth I finally come to find that my GUARANTEED and RESERVED truck was apparently taken off any list and I was left unassigned without any knowledge and I spent nearly 45 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone only to find I had to reserve a different truck which was in a location nearly half an hour away from the original pickup location. All in all terrible experience and would not recommend using uhaul again until they can actually communicate with customers as changes are made of availability.

MICHAEL GRISSOMIf other locations staffs did not mention we must return furniture pads, how we can leave them in the truck. You should inform us when we return the truck by your location or app. Your app did not ask anything about furniture pads return.
