I had reserved furniture dolly’s, but this location didn’t have any. This wasn’t known to me until I showed up. The employee was very unfriendly when I simply mentioned my frustration. I was forced to go buy them on my own since Uhaul didn’t bother to give me any heads up.

Better selection of trailers

PEG RMy experience was great and I had no issues. The service provider called me prior to picking up the trailer to make sure I was aware of the location change. When I arrived they quickly guided me through the process and hook up. Verified the drop off location was correct and had me on my way.
