ALLISON HThe check in process is awful when the store is closed. Needing to download an app or go on a website and take about 10 different pictures of the vehicle to prove it's in good condition. The app knocked me out to the home page while I was trying to take pictures. Whether was so cold I didn't bother trying again. If a location is closed on the day you bring the vehicle back another location that has open hours should be recommended.

christian hI picked up the 6x12 trailer and they were very nice and managed the process well. When I got home I found I could only open the trailer sliding door half way up. It was stuck in its tracks. I had to return to the site to swap out for a different trailer. This took time away from my schedule I needed to be on. I wish they had and I had fully inspected it before leaving the lot.

Donna CI specifically requested a truck to be picked up in zipcode 53406 and to be dropped off in zipcode 53144, but your system still found a way to force me to drop off at the same location as pickup. When I refuse to do as instructed, you charge me almost $300 for the entire truck rental. Way to go, U-Haul.

noah mThis is my first U-Haul rental from this location but I have used them for other services. The owner is outstanding and exceptionally organized. I would have no reservations about using this location for any U-Hail or automotive needs.

Anthony WI reserved a 10ft truck at a location that was 3 miles from my destination in advance to my pick up date. I understood this meant that my truck would be guaranteed. On arrival to pick up the location stated on my app and planned upon I was informed the location had changed. It changed to a location that was 9 miles from my destination. This required me to pay for 27 miles instead of 10 miles and 20 instead of 10 in gas. I in fact overfilled the tank from when I got it. The relocation put me behind a full hour in my move and cost an extra $25, not including my personal gas. Extremely inconvenient when a vehicle is reserved you expect to have that vehicle available. I will not be utilizing the services of u-haul again. The lack of communication and dependability recieved from this company is horrible. I will expect some form of refund for the inconvenience in order to feel this company truly cares for its customers time and guaranteed reservations. Thank you.
Catlaina WThe truck was clean, however the back tires were very bare and dry rotted. We had snow/slush on our moving day and the tires caused some problems. Otherwise, the service and location were fine.

maxine kI appreciated that there was a vehicle available, as I reserved within 2 hours. The reservation process online was easy but declining all of the U-haul add-ons was tedious. The service was great at this location and it was a quality vehicle.

JAMES LThere was an automated email sent to me indicating that the pickup location was different than what the phone order associate had told me. I went to that location and it was closed and no pickup. I had to call U Haul CS at which time the pickup location originally specified was waiting on my arrival. After that mishap. All went well.
