I moved to a somewhat remote location, east central IL. There was 1 drop-off location. I rented the truck for 7 days, had it 3 because of availability hours, couldn't afford a late fee, and I just lose the money because of it. The employees were very efficient, but also very busy, I believe my return was handled as quickly as possible. The whole thing...reserved the truck in Bolingbrook Il, 48 hours before pick up was informed the truck would only be available in Joliet. Not a huge deal, but a 40 minute drive and that makes a difference when you are shuffling friends from O'Hare who are trying to help. I had to change my conformation 3 times, and that's on me, but I was never informed that the pick up place would be closed because of regular hours, so I had to get the truck back early to avoid penalties. My money is not going to be refunded. But your truck was returned, on time, refilled with gas and unharmed. I guess I should thank you, I will probably have to use your company in the future, but I do hope you will be more informative to future users.

Mark LWe had originally planned to rent a 15 foot truck, however none of the locations in Central Illinois had one available. UHaul routed us to Westville, IL to pick up a 26 foot truck, however Eric at that location recommended we try Express Packaging in Danville for a smaller truck. The Danville location had a 20 foot truck come in early so we went to that location and rented the 20 footer on very short notice. Both locations in Westville and Danville were very helpful.

CAROL KI rented the trailer in Champaign and received a call the day before saying I had to pick up in Danville. Not convenient. The place was great. The service was great. Just unfortunate I had to drive :45 when I should have had :10 drive.

The only complaint I have is that I reserved a 26 foot truck but a couple days later the representative called and said it was now unavailable and they would give me a smaller one and give me 10 dollars off on the smaller one but I still paid regular price for the truck I needed up getting.
