Left truck and keys at agreed neighborhood location but the employee did not check me out for several days. When I called to make sure truck had been checked in, the customer service person put me on hold several times attempting to reach the location and couldn't so she just transfered my call to them leaving me and the gut on the other end completely confused. I've called several times to uhaul customer service just to be transferred to a scheduling manager who is never helpful or on the least have ability to communicate professionally. Extremely poor customer service.
