Avoid this place at all costs. The location made several calls to a towing company to have my car towed off the lot and didn't call me even once to come move my car. $300 to get my car. The towing company told me they were not going to tow my car, but the owner called them so many times. Why not call me once to ask me to move my car?! I will look for any and all alternatives before I EVER. Rent from U-Haul again. After several successful U-Haul rentals, this left me So disappointed.

Thought when I checked in ahead of time I was mostly done with process. Didn't know I was going to have to complete multiple steps of verification. Gave my wife as a contact. She was immediately called but did not answer because she thought it was a telemarketer. Therefore I was initially delayed until I called her, told her to answer the phone, and then connected with virtual agent. Also, WHY should I jump through these hoops for “contactless” pick up when I had to go inside and meet attendant who asked what my name was, for truck number, and who then proceeded to give me keys???? Didn't make very much sense to me.

Although I checked in online over an hour before the schedule pickup, I still had to wait almost 30 minutes to get the truck. I also rented moving blankets and an appliance dolly, but they put the dolly on the wrong truck and didn't have any more.

Very upset that I was charged for cleaning of this vehicle when there was nothing to clean, it was actually cleaner when I brought it back considering I santized the truck when I was in there parking lot. Also not very pleased that I was charged $10.50 for gas when I have pictures proving that the gas line was right at the half tank mark. Will never use U-haul again what a rip-off.

I would never rent from this Uhaul location again. Equipment was not ready when we got there at the appointment time, truck and moving blankets were not clean, and the lady made us walk all the equipment back into the store after we dropped the truck back off. I have never had to do this with any other Uhaul location? Uhaul, you should seriously audit this location. I've moved a lot and this was my only negative experience with Uhaul this far.

The man that was at the counter was extremely ruudddeeeee!!! Could not ask him anything. What is the purpose of doing your check in online when you have to go in there and be subjected to rudeness??? Had to show drivers license even though he saw it online wen i uploaded it. Will never go there again

This Drop off location was horrible. The owner or employee on site was extremely rude and confrontational. I was asking simple questions and continually got yelled at. I have pictures of where he made me park. It was such a tight fit that I couldn't even get out of the truck on the drivers side. He continually yelled at me, and made me feel unwelcome and belittled. I will never use this location or uhaul again because of this mans behavior. I asked questions about where to park and he treated me as if I were an idiot. He asked me if I was blind, if my eyes didn't work, and continually was rude and yelling. I will never use this location or uhaul again.

Don't trust the reps. Not at all. They screw up peoples reservations - even after being double-checked the day before - and don't care. Then they deliberately overcharge, knowingly, and try to hide the extra charges. They'll take you for as much as you let them get away with. Except Moe. But he's not in charge.

We were told that we need to fill it up to what it was shown on the fuel gage which was 3/4 of a tank. My son filled it to that ( I would haves filled it completely) but I wasn't at the pump or paying attention when he checked. We were charged another 14something which would have been around the amount to finish to fill it completely I did not go back to the place since o would have filled it to fill BUT they should stick to their statement that you bring it back with the same amount in it when it was picked up. The people were nice do like I said I didn't mind the extra but if I was hurting for cash and they did that it would be another issue all together.

I was in a very difficult bind trying to figure out what to do with moving my existing furniture to a location without being able to do with help or a reliable truck. I really appreciate this U-Haul location for being available and making the rental process easy. They helped me out at the last minute and I really thank them for their customer service.

There were no problems with the location or the truck, but the self check in process with the UHaul app was terrible. Why do you wait to tell your customers that they have to go through a lengthy verification process when they are standing in a hot parking lot trying to pick up a truck? If the verification process doesn't work I got asked for a passport or my apartment lease agreement. I don't carry stuff like that with me to pick up a truck! I gave up on the app after 20 minutes and the person at the store checked me in and gave me the keys in less than 5 minutes. You need to seriously re-examine your self check in process from the eyes of a customer. It was a complete let down and I will NOT recommend the app to anyone.

Duplication of effort - reserved van from location for a specific date/time, then received calls from another UHAUL entity asking if I still wanted my MONDAY reservation quoting the reservation was made for SUNDAY, huh? Once that was cleared up, caller went to check to verify vehicle would be available, huh? Finally, suggested i upload my driver's license to speed access to vehicle - um, did that when reserved AT the location. The entire call was confusing and an unnecessary duplication of effort.

The customer service at this site was lacking. I had 2 African American women who were checking out in front of me and the attendant was completely unhelpful to both of them. One woman had her order declined because the online booking did not clearly state that you would require a hold deposit over and above the estimated charge and she did not have enough in her account to cover. Your attendant did not care to help her—that was rude. The next lady in line had reserved a rental from a store that did not have what she reserved in stock—again not her fault but your attendant nonetheless insisted in overcharging her for the extra mileage distance between uhaul locations. That is not good policy and takes advantage of people that lack the means to upfront pay. It made me sick to my stomach. When I retuned the vehicle the attendant was hostile and had a terrible attitude. He complained about trash being all over the vehicle (1 wrapper under the seat) then tried to shoo me away from the store after checking the vehicle in saying it would be twenty minutes before I got the receipt email so I should leave. That was terrible.

When I arrived at the pick-up time the truck was not prepared for a pickup in the lock box. The site said that I had to wait until the shop was open, despite me saying that I was going to pick up the truck at 7:30pm which was outside of hours. I tried calling U-Haul support and waiting on the line for 25 minutes without anyone picking up. Eventually, I had to go in to the shop and talk to the owner, who seemed unaware that I had a reservation, who then proceeded to put the key in the lockbox after I asked him to. I like UHaul but this is perhaps the worst experience I've ever had with it.

I reserved a 10 foot truck for 9am, on Saturday, August 1. I showed up and the truck was not there. I waited until 10:40am before I rented a 15 foot truck (since the one I reserved did not show up). With moving being on a tight schedule, this was not acceptable and the additional cost I had to pay is one that I should not have had to take on.

Do not rent trucks that are not available. Set rules guidelines and fees for returning the trucks late. Make sure the location has professional staff.

The only thing we didn't like was the mobile process to get the truck it took around 30 minutes. So we rent the truck for 6 hours, the pickup was at 8:30 and we left with the truck at 9am, but our 6h was already counting. So we lost 30 minutes of our renting time processing our pickup and getting the correct dolly.

Not park the trucks so close or have an employee pull them out, I literally had to squeeze between trucks and squeeze in the door not to hit the next truck

The pick up point was fine, a little much on trying to get you to buy things you don't need but was expedited Fast and the truck was awesome. The billing afterwards had a hiccup but customer service acted fast to fix. Not bad Uhaul not bad.
