How U-Haul Reviews WorkFor what I used the truck, I saw no improvment at this time
mark sThe way the truck was parked I couldn’t get the pictures for the app. Also, I reserved an appliance dolly, it showed on my reservation but not there when I went to pick up. No communication from this location to tell me. I had to scramble and find one at another location and go pick it up. I understand they didn’t have one but to not inform me made me mad. When someone is moving and needs that accessory, communication is crucial to your customer. I’ve always trusted U-Haul for my moves but this hit wrong.
