I was able to drop off the rental truck "after-hours" and appreciate the convenience of doing so, The location was a bit difficult to find and get to in the dark but it was manageable. The location was convenient in terms of proximity to my delivery point. I have no basis of knowledge for the service in terms of using it as a pickup location.
EDWARD EBetter customer service and someone with knowledge about renting a truck! I was charged 224 to hold the truck ok fine but once I returned the truck I was charged an additional 60 instead of taking the balance from the security deposit! Then of course nobody knows anything!

ANDY CExtremely disappointing experience. There was a complete lack of communication, poor inventory management, and very little customer service. I was sent all over town trying to locate what I needed, wasting hours of my time. The entire process was frustrating and poorly handled. I expected much better.

JASON EI was charged a cleaning fee, even though I returned my moving vehicle how I received it which is kind of disappointing. Also, online check-in doesn’t work because you’re gonna have to do everything in person too. The vehicle is driving. Said it had low air pressure and it needed oil change.
LEILAUNI JInstead of waiting for customers to get to the store, advise them IN ADVANCE that there will be a $300 dollar hold on their debit/credit cards. Also, advise IN ADVANCE if you don’t have the dolly that is ordered.
Brittany JClose to my house, I walk to pick up trucks. They always have what I need & they’re getting to know me (I rent a lot of trucks & prefer building a relationship with 1 dealer. This couple owns & works hard at their business & I’m happy to work with them!
LYNN RThe truck drivers door was somewhat broken and was somewhat hard to close and open. I was asked by the lady if I knew what happened after I returned truck and had to call her back for an updated receipt to be sent to me via email. Maybe the people checking in these trucks should do a walk through of the truck before renting it out, and write down when these truck arrive damaged. I took photos before leaving the location upon renting the truck. Other than that the lady checking me in was very nice and professional and got me in and out in a timely manner.
WENDY MInterior of the van was dirty. Windshield had something splashed on the interior, as well as the air outlets. The change oil reminder was on, and there was no windshield washer fluid, as that warning light was also on. The front floors of the van were dirty with grass and other debris, and the steering wheel seemed to be coated with grime. The equipment needs to be cleaned before rented.
DAVID TCustomer service was excellent. Truck was ready when I arrived. Turnaround was quick. Only down side is I drove 12 miles and the truck took 5 gallons of gas when I turned it in. I do not think it had been topped off when I picked it up.
CHARLES VThe owners are quite terrible. For a local use rental, I was asked to park 1/4 mile away and walk back to the truck, and walk back after returning. I parked the truck where I was told, and was then told to move it or be charged an extra $25. They also run a gas scam which tricks rental customers into paying 40 cents per gallon higher than the local average. My recommendation would be to remove all U-Hauls from this location. I will never do business there again, and will recommend to anyone who inquires to go anywhere but here.

Staff made sure to point out things like vehicle number, noting fuel level, and making sure the vehicle size was right for my need; they showed me all the different size vehicles they had onsite

GLENDA ATruck had serious damage to driver door and window would not roll up all the way unless forced which I thought would break it. Should never rent truck for 600+ mile drive with that damage to door

DORIS MI reserved my van on the app and asked for the self check in option. The location changed it to at the counter. They changed my per mileage rate and added insurance after I told him that I didn’t want it. Then he changed the mileage rate again for my final bill and still charged me for the insurance. Scam location and I’m not pleased with this service at all!!!!
JOANNA HThe vehicles need to be maintained properly. Parking needs to be available for vehicle swap of personal vehicle with Uhaul vehicle rental. I had a perfectly good parking space at the Exxon location. There were other spots open and available as well. The woman (owner?) at Exxon told me I couldn't leave my car there while I was using the rental. She directed me across the street to a pizza restaurant, that's past another gas station. I have a disability and it was very painful to have to walk that distance. I was afraid if I didn't comply, she'd have my vehicle towed. When I returned the Uhaul that same evening, after business hours. I did not feel safe walking alone back to my car. I've rented quite a few Uhaul vehicles over the years. I've definitely been a repeat customer. This was the worst experience I've had.
DEBORAH YI was charged a $10 cleaning fee. I was the only one in the U-Haul and the only thing I had in there was a cup of water. I was moving a king size mattress so I certainly didn't make any kind of a mess. I was also charged $25 for extra mileage. Had they looked at the truck and charged me while I was there, I could've discussed this with them, but I just received an email with these charges.

ROQUE YI tried two days in a row to rent from this location. The first day, the entire U-Haul system was down so they could not help me. The second day, they were very helpful and got me taken care of.
