How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe way the truck was parked I couldn’t get the pictures for the app. Also, I reserved an appliance dolly, it showed on my reservation but not there when I went to pick up. No communication from this location to tell me. I had to scramble and find one at another location and go pick it up. I understand they didn’t have one but to not inform me made me mad. When someone is moving and needs that accessory, communication is crucial to your customer. I’ve always trusted U-Haul for my moves but this hit wrong.
JUDITH OThe representative was great!!!
Yvette JFriendly customer service. Transaction went smooth. Truck was clean and well equipped.
ronnie tHorrible customer service. They hide the do not parking signs. I had to pay 300 dollars because they have my car towed. do not parking signs was not visible and they call the towing company without talking to me.as a customer for they should have accommodations for parking. They are very rude and disrespectful
