When I checked out the truck, I filled out the online form with a picture of how messy and dirty the cabin was. When I returned the truck I was charged $20 cleaning fee. This should have been charged to the previous renter. And the cabin should have been cleaned before I rented the truck. I’d like a refund of the $20.

Elizabeth PNot padlock the after hours drop box. I am sitting here for FORTY MINUTES to talk to a rep. Also. This location forces a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR "REFUNDABLE" SaFeTy DePoSiT. They're scammers. THE STORE IS FILTHY. They had the moving blankets I bought kept in a van in their parking lot.... just stay away.
