ronnie tHorrible customer service. They hide the do not parking signs. I had to pay 300 dollars because they have my car towed. do not parking signs was not visible and they call the towing company without talking to me.as a customer for they should have accommodations for parking. They are very rude and disrespectful
Alhassane SWhen I checked out the truck, I filled out the online form with a picture of how messy and dirty the cabin was. When I returned the truck I was charged $20 cleaning fee. This should have been charged to the previous renter. And the cabin should have been cleaned before I rented the truck. I’d like a refund of the $20.
