The lady in charge was not able to be located by the employee helping us. When she finally came to us she kept talking and walking off. Very rude customer service. Tried to charge us for 1 item in the truck that did not belong to us. The truck's gas was filled over the limit. When she tried to put us in for 50 minutes late instead of 20 she got upset when it was brought to her attention and decided that we should do self check in which I then told her if she is already in the process she should finish. Her communication skills was very poor. Will not recommend people to go to this location. EVER!
