The first U-Haul they provided not even 8 miles down the road the truck ran hot and air stopped working so I had to unload everything off the U-Haul in order to go back to location to get another truck then after returning the truck I was charged a fuel fee when the fuel was returned exactly to where it was when I got it less than 20 miles in the tank this location is a scam a rip off and certainly giving the U-Haul company a bad name I never go to this location I always use gate city location and never ever have such a problem
