The guy at the Dropoff location was super rude, mumbling under his breath, being incoherent and a jerk. Pick up location was great. Really bad service at the drop off location though.

Thomas PThe person behind the counter either didnt know what to do or was too busy with other customers buying gas/connivence products. Luckily the security guard at the gas station knew how to use the check in device and did a good job at helping me return the van.
Darren MWe had originally booked another location to pick up at 7AM, I received a call from UHaul confirming the reservation as well as email and text messages confirming a 7 AM pick up time. We arrived at the location and it was closed, we called U-Haul for customer support and they said that location doesn’t open until 9 AM. It was very frustrating to have multiple confirmations to be able to pick up at 7 AM when the location doesn’t open until nine. We had to scramble find another location and get a truck before our movers arrived at 8 AM. You hop representative on the phone was nice, but a little bit more apologetic would’ve been nice or some sort of credit considering we had to trek to another location.
Madeleine MThe truck was absolutely falling apart. It died on me, was completely out of gas upon pickup, and was beyond disgustingly filthy. The staff at the gas station I picked it up at had no idea what was going on and charged me $8 for gas although I left it with more gas than what I started with. I will be escalating this.
Frank TPick-up was very confusing. After multiple calls with Uhaul customer service, I was able to pick-up the rental an hour after the reservation time. When I picked up the truck, it was extremely dirty inside and left over equipment including a mallet. I had to clean it myself in order to feel comfortable enough to place my items in the truck.
Joseph RYour app is terrible, the precheck didn’t save me any time at the counter and we had to redo the reservation several times since even the employee had trouble with app. If I get overcharged because of several reservations that were made, I will be extremely frustrated but not surprised. I also called the help desk to help facilitate our issues, requested a call back, and never got one
