I was uncomfortable here. The staff was pretty much like "yeah, what do you want we were talking?" I mentioned I needed to drop off my rental. He looks at me me for a minute and replies, "Yeah, we do that here." He proceeds to ask his coworker to handle it. She looks at me, sits there, crosses her arms and sighs. She fi ally made it to the counter and said, "What do you want?" She was listening to the whole conversation since the beginning. She then said I went over my miles and charged me a small fee. It was just an extremely unpleasant place and experience. I will not use them again. I will drive the extra hour to avoid this place.

I went to attach to vehicle and noticed it was too large and not what I wanted. I went back inside and told her what too large. She asked me to get a number for trailer I wanted. I went back in and she rewrote bill. I asked if she credited 1st trailer and she said it came up $0 dollars for proper trailer. I asked if she credited 1st and she said it should be ok

The gas tank was not full when we picked it up and we were told to just make sure it had that much gas when we dropped it off. We took a picture of the gas gauge, then when we turned the truck back in we were charged for filling it up!

Debby H.My car was damaged when loading it on the car dolly. The dollies ramp was defective and slid out from underneath the car when loading. In addition I returned the dolly the same day I rented it on a 48 hour lease and yet was charged an additional days rental. All, a very poor experience.

JACOB L.The truck we rented was not available when we arrived. We were, however, given a larger truck at the price of the one we had requested. Truck cab was very dirty, with dried food on the steering wheel and console. The truck also did not have as much gas in it as was shown on the rental paperwork. Staff acted as if helping us was a major burden.

MARINNE S.The person that I spoke to on the phone at the number I was given to call to schedule a drop off was RUDE-RUDE-RUDE! She was not helpful at all and was not willing to help me schedule a drop off point that was different than the one listed on the contract EVEN though I was told at the pick up location to call and schedule a drop point since I didn't really know where I needed to drop it when through using. I have worked in the public sector for 35 years and I can assure you that she needs to work on her people skills!
