I don't see how the experience could be any easier, at least for me. The people at Easy Shoppe are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The process was easy and the people are very efficient in the process of picking up the truck and returning it. They are very considerate, and made me feel like a valued customer. It was a very pleasant experience overall. I understand the smart phone App would make this even easier, but for someone like me who will rent a U-Haul once every few years or so, it really was very easy and simple. I called ahead to find out if I needed to be with the vehicle for drop off as I needed to get to a flight home. I was advised I just needed to leave the truck and drop the key. On the way to the airport I got a phone call stating that I needed to of come in to check in the dolly and the moving blankets. Which were left in the back of truck. I was also advised because I did not fold the blankets I was being charged a non-cleanliness fee of $26.50. I was never told by anyone blankets needed to be folded nor was it in the contract. Not happy about this at all. I called my original dealer who I placed an order with and she said she would never have charged that and it is up to the facility. I would've folded the blankets had I known to avoid the additional charge had I been told to.Kristie N.

The manager of the site was not helpful at providing information which made me feel uncomfortable about what I was getting into. The location I was told to drop off at was closed and when I called him to ask for help finding another site he said he could not help .Marta B.

The drop off location personnel were not as accommodating as the pick up location. I was confused as to the return time and Called to indicate that I might be 10 minutes late dropping the truck and they told me they would charge me the full $20 additional day fee if I was not there by the exact time of return. fortunately we arrived with one minute to spare.Robert D.

I left my wallet in the truck and received a phone call from a female asking me if I had left anything in there I may need, if not they were sure they could use some of the things themselves. the gentleman that contacted me to inform me regarding the gas as a courtesy was very argumentative, how are you calling to be nice and become argumentative?elizabeth R.

I had no issue with location but U-Haul in general. I requested a pick up location close to my apartment. Instead of getting me a location close to my apartment they send me 40 miles away to Shillington to pick up a 20' truck. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I called and talked to a U-Haul Rep who didn't care about anything. This location was great in allowing me to pick this truck up early so I didn't have to come down an hour out of the way on the day i needed it. Will never use U_haul or recommend them again.Bryan M.

The parking lot and store were kept well enough, but the owners/ employees were a little strange. Peeking out the windows and partway opens door, watching us without saying a word. As we were pulling off, it seemed as though they were trying to fish the key out of the lockbox with something. They were hovering around the lockbox for a few minutes, at the least.Chuck M.
