Truck had a sticky residue on the passenger floor. Truck bay was also not swept out but wasn’t noticed prior to leaving the location. So I had to clean someone else’s mess to avoid being charged.
JUSTIN MDo not let this location rent any more trucks, not only could i not understand what they were saying but they charged me a optional fee without my consent or even mentioning it. I only way I found out is by looking at the contract closer after I left
