The agen did not communicate well. He didn't explain that I needed to put fuel after I brought it back.
Jim VThe clerk behind the counter inside the gas station was busy with his gas customers and made it obvious I was interrupting him. He even asked me to step to the side to allow him to help other customers coming in after me. The windshield was covered with bugs with trash inside the cab.
Dana GThis location needs some way to help the customer put the trailer hitch on the vehicle ball. Trailers are often too heavy to lift by one or two persons. A lever tool that could be temporarily borrowed that would allow it to be hitched up would be very helpful, especially considering that another U-Haul dealer in the specific area offers this help free. Having to call one or two other people to come help hitch up a trailer makes this option and location a less economical one due to additional costs borne by the customer and friends.
Michael WThey were awful and charged me 41.00 for gas. I was going to put gas in at the location but the guy ran out and said he didn’t have gas.told me to go down the street. I was so exhausted I went ahead and paid even though I only used not even a quarter tank! Rip off!!
Rosie HWILL NEVER USE FROM THAT LOCATION OF PICK UP.. SMELL LIKE PISS, BAGS OF CHIPS LEFT SPILLED IN TRUCK.. THE STORE OWNER NEVER PUT BLANKETS IN TRUCK TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO .. TRUCK ON EMPTY NASTY NASTY OWNER.

Zackary RI drove the truck 9 total miles. I put 1 gallon of gas back on the truck. When I returned the truck they said it was low on gas and charged me for 4 gallons of gas. Really, 9 miles and it needed 5 gallons of gas? Be real.

Ray RDoes not have supplies on site as indicated at reservation time. Had to cancel the packing mats via a phone call to customer service. Customer service was awesome, but definitely and inconvenience and time delay.
SUMMER FThe pickup location was a convenience store. No one at the store knew how to rent a U-Haul. This turned out to be a 45 minute PITA over the phone with the guy making me to all the footwork. FRANK CThey need a better counter person who isn't rude and condescending and had the worst attitude and was using profanity every other word I will never use uhaul again I'm a disabled veteran and I don't use that language anymore my wife was and is still upset
