This was one of the worst experiences I have had with renting a U-Haul. I thought that we would be picking up from a U-Haul location, but instead it was a convenience store. The person who I was renting from left when I got there and I had to go through the reservation by phone call and had issues uploading my license. Once I got in, the inside was not clean and there was an alarm that was going off even after I removed the key from the ignition indicating what I thought was the lights left on, even though they were not. I called and was told this was normal but was still very nervous that when I went out the truck would be dead. We asked for (2) Dollies and there was only one. I work for a large company in here and will not be recommending U-Haul moving forward.

Didn’t have my equipment that I requested. My card was charged multiple times and now I have holds for my refund. You should never have to pick up at a EZ Shop!! Never using U-Haul again.
JOSHUA JI reserved two dollies and they only had one. when I called customer service to have them refund me for the dolly we didn't receive they said the location would have to do it because my order was on hold. The location had no idea how to fix the problem. They also were extremely unhelpful when I was trying to pick up the truck as well. I will not be using U-Haul again.

MIGUEL CVery hard to communicate they had to call someone on cell phone to help with drop off I didn’t feel comfortable leaving truck and they didn’t check in the return for two days I returned the truck the same day 4 hrs later not a good experience at all
