Was deferred to this location by U-Haul. It was 10 miles out of the way. We were told it was a guaranteed location for having our equipment. There were only 2 trucks in the parking lot! It was not our original pickup location. The store location was poor with all adjoining stores shutdown and boarded up. The truck back was open and a homeless person’s cart was right by it. The check engine light was lit. It was parked 50 yds from the store and posed an uncomfortable situation for me to move it to the store front to complete the process. Patricia assisted me with the process. Although she was very kind and helpful, the overall experience was unnerving and scary. Patricia was protected behind a secured glass area and I was in the store where random customers from the curb would walk in and out of the store. Very scary for a 62 yr old woman! After picking up the truck, we had to pass the original pickup location on our way to the duplex and saw over 15 trucks readily available. This made the whole experience even worse. Why divert us way out of the way when the place right down from our duplex had an abundance of trucks? Really makes you wonder.

The shop was kind of dingy, but the biggest issue was not with the location; it was with U-Haul's system, which was not functioning properly on the app or on the computer, causing it to take over 30 minutes to simply pick up the truck.
