How U-Haul Reviews WorkShe was very attentive and patient and very nice lady will definitely use her store again I’m sorry I don’t have her name
Yolanda RQuit over charging, I was quoted a price when I rented the truck and I ended up paying more. When I returned the truck, I swept out the truck and put gas back in . I got a notice that said they are taking another $137.00 off my card. I didn't go over the mileage and the truck was fine. I'm on disability and them taking extra money is making me broke for the rest of the month, very disappointed.
Genie RNever again at this location.Verify your email receipt info before you leave location I was charged for stuff I didn’t get and tried to claim clerical error. Document everything. Corporate fixed the problem.
