Truck was way to old. Driver door would bairly close. Stearing wheel was not adjustable therefore was constantly in the way of line of eye sight while driving. Gear would not shift as smoothly. Truck had 170k on it nearly. If I was taking out of town or across town, my experience would have been horrible.. Newer equipment would have been a total A+ experience

The combination of emission testing and Uhaul rentals is unusual, but it was the best experience I have had renting trucks. Very fast in and out and the owner/operator was very helpful. I am making this my new home for rentals.

Joseph K1 After driving for 35-40 minutes, the tire sensor and transmission shift adaptor to adjust to steep inclines or low came on at the same time. a) I called U-HAUP roadside service asap. Fortunately, while speaking with an associate outside of the 10ft truck, ,I turned around and discovered I was across the street from a U-Haul company. I advised the associate on the phone that I would ask them to check a) all of the tires , and the unexplained sensor light. 2. That U-Haul assisted me right away: checked all tires, put in air wheels necessary and checked the 80 PSI. 3. After driving again, the tire and sensor light never tuned off, but with a new message about the RR tire again...obviously a slow leak. 4. I arrived safely to my destination to unload--NO BLANKETS! My reservation INCLUDED Blankets. I WOULD LIKE MY $73.00 total fee for 51 miles to be discounted due to a. The loss of time due to the sensor lights, and b. the loss of time since the 2014 truck was not serviced for maintenance for over two years (when I wanted a cargo van that Amazon now has taken hostage).
EVA GWe received confirmation for this requested location to pick up at 9:00AM and it included packing blankets. We got an email saying they didn't have the truck to pick it up at a different location. We went to the other location and they didn't open until 10:30. We called Uhaul and were told we could pick the truck up at this original requested location so we drove there and were told the previous confirmation did not include requested packing blankets and we were charged additional for them. This was all very stressful since we travelled by plane from New Mexico to Atlanta to pick up the truck and empty our deceased sons apartment and had moving helpers scheduled to come at 10:00AM.

RON FWhen I arrived to pick up the truck there was no one working at the location. Several other people were there to pick up as well and no one was there to help. After almost 30 minutes an employee showed up and walked past all of us like we didn't exist. I asked him "Do you work here?" and he replied without looking at me "Yeah, if you want to call it that." (with a dry laugh). He recommended that we use the app to do stuff and the Uhaul app doesn't work well at all. If you're going to push everything off on an app, it better work! This was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul and I will find another brand to rent from in the future.

Had to park it randomly in the back and hope that was correct. Checked it in with the app. I pay you to do a job for me. I don’t pay you and then do your job.
BRENDAN GThe company operates from an old car self-wash. I just pulled in, and an attendant directed me where to pull up and stop. They helped unhook the trailer, signed me out on a device which sent a receipt to my email, and I was on my way. Easy!

Moloo AThe vehicle was overall very well maintained with the exception of the windshield. It appeared to just need a squeegee cleaning but in reality the windshield was scratched by bad wiper blades. Thankfully it was not too rainy on our drive or it would have been concerning.
KYLE TJustin was amazing. He said he is the only Justin, so you'll know who I mean. He was detailed, helped us with the return gas level information, explained extra mileage and we kinda forgot lock keys attached to the uhaul truck key and he helped us get them back as that truck was still on site.
JESSICA FBe more attentive to customers and have the trucks serviced. My trucks check engine light was on and the truck's fuel efficiency was horrible. The gas burned a quarter tank in the first 10 miles.

Jeffrey LOrdered an appliance dolly and didn’t have. Employee said… Oh, someone didn’t return one? So we had call around, found one then drove a 20’ trailer to a different rental company and rent an appliance dolly. He was very rinse about it…. Moving is stressful enough without having to have a logistical nightmare…. We should have been told before to drive to pick up the truck. We would have rented one from a different location…

luis rI have rented U-Haul trucks from this location several times now over the past few years and will continue to do so! Always easy, trucks are always clean, and the after hours truck return process is very easy and thorough. Doing business here is a no-brainer for me!
