Local rep could have been more informative / conversational when I picked up the vehicle. I had to go back to understand how to set the ramp where more information at pickup couldn't have prevented a return trip.
MICHAEL WReserved a dolly for a move. Arrived to pick up truck and was advised no dolly was available. Employee was polite and provided me an extra 50 miles and day of usage. On a tight time frame and had to locate another Uhaul facility to do a day rental for the move work. Second Uhaul location (622 Main St, Milton, GA) allowed me to rent a dolly for the scheduled move the next day (Tuesday, 4/28). This employee was candid and advised that Uhaul does not favor renting dollys' for an out of town move, as the renting facility essentially loses a piece of equipment (in a one-way move) to another Uhaul location. Issue: Renting a dolly for a one way move and not actually providing the dolly. Possible solution: Transparency. Don't advertise renting equipment that you really don't want to end up in another location. Note: I can understand where this would cause logistical problems for Uhaul with equipment ending up in several locations, while other locations have none. The issue was that this truck and equipment was rented 2 weeks in advance and had I been provided advance notice I could have found/brought a dolly. Thanks for your time and looking this over. The personnel at all the locations (pick-up/dolly rental/drop off) were all polite and helpful.

GEORGE DThe day I picked up, the young man was very good at explaining everything since I haven’t rented since 1988. Days later when I returned, the middle age guy was also friendly. I had no issues. BTW the radio didn’t work. The location on Hembree rd is 8 minutes from my house. If I ever need to rent a van/truck again, I will go back there and highly recommend to everyone.

MANOJ CAt this location? From my experience, nothing at all. The guy running the show (Sunday 3/1) was great from pickup to return, all while helping other customers on both sides of "their day". A+
William Lthe location and the person runnning it was totally great. the truck itself was subpar compared to Penske, no backup camera makes this vehicle dangerous to use for most people. The reason for the 3 star review is the app. It was abysmal to use. It crashed on me when trying to secure my vehicle, and wouldn't accept photos which were mandatory to check out the vehicle.

WILLTHER PTruck was way to old. Driver door would bairly close. Stearing wheel was not adjustable therefore was constantly in the way of line of eye sight while driving. Gear would not shift as smoothly. Truck had 170k on it nearly. If I was taking out of town or across town, my experience would have been horrible.. Newer equipment would have been a total A+ experience
SUNIL PThe combination of emission testing and Uhaul rentals is unusual, but it was the best experience I have had renting trucks. Very fast in and out and the owner/operator was very helpful. I am making this my new home for rentals.

THOMAS NThe website was very slow and I couldn't upload the driver's license picture or other pictures of the trailer before leaving the lot. It didn't seem to be just my phone as the attendant was also waiting as they checked me in. The attendant was great but the technology was stumbling
