I noticed the trucks brakes and gas pedals were quite stiff when I was driving, it may need to be checked. Other than that the rental truck was bang for buck and did the required job.
TANUJ HI did not enroll in the app option. My expectation was to meet and complete the application process upon arrival. I looked for the attendance for over 15 minutes. Finally, I called Uhaul and they told me it was an app reservation (not true). I had no other option but to complete the application process on the uhaul app. This required process delayed me another 25 minutes or so. Consequently, I was late for my meeting by 45 minutes. Please issue a partial or full credit/discount to my reservation. Thank you
